OUR PROCESS
Visual Testing
This method uses established visual cues for steam traps that operate cyclically to identify areas of concern.
Temperature Testing
This involves testing the temperature of both the inlet and outlet of the steam trap to find any problems.
Ultrasonic Trap Testing
We calibrate the Ultrasonic Testing device to find the flow of water and steam set up vibrations to test the steam trap’s operation.
Conductivity Testing
Conductivity testing uses the electrical conductivity of the condensate to detect steam trap issues.
