Anvil Fig ASTG - 1/2" Top Grip Rod Nut, Electro-galvanized top grip (twirl) hanger rod nut. Top grip rod nut ("twirl nut") for quick installation of threaded hanger rod. Internal spring grips the rod and allows one-hand thread engagement. Electro-galvanized finish. Used to terminate or join threaded rod in pipe support assemblies.
