About the Role
Federal Thermal, a leading factory representative and stocking distributor of mechanical equipment, boilers, and controls for commercial and industrial applications, is seeking a highly experienced individual to join our team in Tulsa, OK, as a Counter & Warehouse Operations Associate. This hybrid position requires proven expertise in ERP systems, warehousing, shipping and receiving functions, as well as exceptional front-facing customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for multiple duties in the warehouse and providing outstanding service at the sales counter. Success in this role depends on regular and professional interaction with customers, fostering strong relationships, and representing Federal’s brand with integrity and professionalism. Applicants must possess experience with computer-based ERP systems for inventory tracking and order management and demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and positively with customers both in person and over the phone. A proactive, approachable personality and the ability to quickly build trust with customers are critical to ensuring Federal Thermal’s continued success for the next 100 years

Qualification:
• Must be able to pass a safety sensitive drug test and background check
• Must be at least 21 years old, and a safe driver with a clean driving record and Oklahoma driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted, regularly and sometimes daily
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, organized individual who can work independently with minimal supervision while multi-tasking and prioritizing work
• Must be able to operate a fork-lift (fork-lift certification training certificate will be obtained once employed)
• Familiarity with HVAC, industrial and mechanical equipment and solutions
• Must have a great eye for detail and basic math skills
